Association Overview

The Illinois Association of Professional Process Servers (ILAPPS) was formed in 2010 to promote the safety and interest of process servers in Illinois. Mission Statement and Goals The mission of the Illinois Association of Professional Process Servers (ILAPPS) is to promote the interest of the members, to provide education and training to improve the skills of professional process servers in Illinois and to educate lawmakers on issues that are important to the functions and duties of professional process servers in Illinois. Qualifications for general Membership Membership in ILAPPS is open to all professional process servers who operate in compliance with the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure and all laws of the State of Illinois.
