Bob Musser, a former submariner in the United States Navy, has championed the process serving profession for more than 30 years. Bob not only founded and continues to lead the team responsible for Process Server’s Toolbox (PST) – one of the leading software applications for process serving companies of all sizes – but he has given of his time continually since 1988 at both the state and national levels. Bob has held leadership roles in the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers (FAPPS). Today, Bob serves as the President of FAPPS.
